BC / DR Planning & Testing

Allaire can help you build your first template and set of plans or assist as you graduate from the 1.0 version to 2.x.  It is important to understand that this is a journey and that your plans evolve, improve and grow with maturity over time.  There are two targets in the planning stage:

1. To build an "evergreen" process so that plans can be maintained and updated periodically and efficiently .

2. To build plans that not only check the compliance box , but are truly "actionable."

Allaire has extensive experience in both BC and DR testing.  There is no such thing as a "bad" test.   Even if it is not successful, it will identify gaps in either your solution or your recovery process.   Operational testing is very labor intensive and requires that you establish a robust test process, plan exercises out carefully and eliminate any risks to your production environment.
